1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy informs you of your choices and our practices regarding any personal information that we process about you. Your use of Unlimited Legend’s websites, our mobile or PC games, social minigames, and other online services, including connected products (collectively the “Services”) distributed by Unlimited Legend Limited (“Unlimited Legend”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected by Unlimited Legend offline. Nor does it apply to websites, apps, or other online services maintained by third parties that we do not control.
We want you and your family to have fun using our Services, and we urge you and your family to follow common sense whenever disclosing personal information—in our Services or anywhere else.

2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Unlimited Legend makes Services that are fun and entertaining for a wide range of audiences. Some of our Services are general audience, some are mixed audience (for both adults and teens), and none are intended for children under 16. This section describes our collection of information from you in our general audience Services and in mixed audience Services if you are not a child (with the definition of a child aligned to regional standards: 13 years or older in the United States, and 16 years or older in the European Economic Area).
- Information That You Provide to Us
1) Registration & Account Information: username, character name, password; username (or “Social ID”), profile, and the email address associated with thirdparty accounts (e.g., Facebook / Apple Game Center / Google Play).
2) Marketingrelated Information: Email address for receiving promotional emails (requires your explicit consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
3) Paymentrelated Information: KnowYourCustomer (KYC) information processed by thirdparty payment service providers (subject to your consent to the provider’s privacy policy); payment metadata synchronized by payment service providers to us for fraud detection, compliance, and dispute resolution (e.g., partial or hashed account identifier, partially obscured email address, country of purchase origin, IP address); email address for invoice delivery (shared with payment service providers only as necessary).
- Information That We Collect Automatically
1) Internet & Device Information: IP address, device type, network data, operating system, device ID, advertising ID, language, time zone information (IDFA will not be collected for iOS 14+ users without prior optin consent).
2) Usage & Game Data: Timestamps of actions, game level / progress / scores / achievements / logs, user interaction records. Ingame performance data may be made available to previously matched users (e.g., leaderboard displays, match history).

- Location Information: Country or citylevel location automatically derived from your IP address.
- Interaction Data: Data from your interactions with us (e.g., inapp support communications).
- Social Media Information: With your prior consent, information from your social media account (e.g., Facebook, Google Play, Apple Game Center) when signing into Services, including user ID, nickname, profile picture, and/or friend list.
3. How We Use Your Personal Information
Purpose: Register for Services (set up profile, communicate with others, invite friends, use thirdparty accounts to register).
Type of personal information: Contact & identity details; Social media information from linked accounts.
Lawful basis: Performance of our contract; Consent (for social signin data).
Purpose: Receive promotional emails.
Type of personal information: Email address.
Lawful basis: Consent (you may unsubscribe at any time).
Purpose: Make purchases in Services.
Type of personal information: Payment metadata received from thirdparty processors; invoice email address.
Lawful basis: Contract performance; Consent to processor policy; Legitimate interests (fraud detection, compliance, dispute resolution); Legal obligations.
Purpose: Use Services (automatic collection).
Type of personal information: Internet & device information; usage & game data; cookie/SDK data; nonprecise location; optional audiovisual/voice data.
Lawful basis: Contract performance; Consent (where required for tracking/voice); Legitimate interests (service improvement, security).
Purpose: Customer support and service communications.
Type of personal information: Identity, contact, device, gameplay, transaction and related support data.
Lawful basis: Contract performance; Legitimate interests; Legal obligations.
Purpose: Marketing events/user testing; share features/social tools.
Type of personal information: Contact info for notifications; social sharing identifiers.

Purpose: Provide customized services (e.g., personal profile page).
Type of personal information: Profile name, photo uploaded by you; nonprecise location (country/city level).

4. Personalized Advertising
We may work with third-party advertising partners, ad networks, analytics providers, and other service providers to display advertisements in our Services, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve our Services and advertising activities. These partners may use cookies, SDKs, device identifiers, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from your device and interactions with our Services.
The information collected or shared for these purposes may include identifiers such as advertising IDs, IP address, device information, browser or operating system information, location information (which may include approximate or precise location data), gameplay and usage data, and information regarding your interactions with advertisements and our Services.
We and our advertising partners may use this information to provide personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, cross-app advertising, analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement services, including showing advertisements that may be more relevant to your interests. In some cases, our advertising partners may combine information collected through our Services with information collected from other apps, websites, or services for these purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Some of our advertising and analytics partners may use non-cookie technologies, such as SDKs, pixels, local storage, eTags, or device identifiers, to recognize your browser, device, or application over time. - On Apple iOS devices, you can manage app tracking permissions in “Settings” → “Privacy & Security” → “Tracking”.
- On Android devices, you can manage advertising preferences through your device settings, including resetting or limiting your advertising ID.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to object to or opt out of certain personalized advertising, direct marketing, profiling, or data sharing activities. Where required under applicable law, we will honor requests to restrict or stop the processing of your personal information for such purposes. You may exercise these rights by adjusting your device settings where available or by contacting us at support@ unlimitedlegend.com.
Please note that opting out of personalized advertising does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements. You may continue to receive non-personalized or contextual advertisements
5. Children’s Protection
We take special precautions to protect children’s privacy. Generally, we define “children” as under 13, but we follow local definitions where different (e.g., under 16 in the EEA).
Except in limited circumstances authorized by law, we will not knowingly collect personal information (e.g., full name or phone number) from children without providing notice to and obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
We only collect limited information from children automatically and exclusively to support essential internal operations of our Services. We will not knowingly use these technologies to track user behavior or amass profiles of children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold personal information about your child, wish to review or request deletion of such information, or have questions, please contact support@unlimitedlegend.com. If we have actual knowledge that we collected an email address from a child in connection with customer support, we will delete it after responding.
6. Sharing and Storage of Your Information

You may share personal information with the public or with third parties (e.g., sharing gameplay videos/screenshots/achievements via a “share” button; displaying your name or photo within games; using chat or other communications features).
If you choose to share content from our Services to a thirdparty platform, that information may become public and that platform may have access to it. For your protection, we recommend avoiding use of your real name and personal photos in public areas of the Services.
- Our Storage and Sharing of Your Personal Information
To perform our contract with you, your personal information may be stored and processed by reputable cloud service providers. We may share your personal information with: (i) service providers (hosting, customer support, analytics, antifraud, payment processing); (ii) related group companies to operate the Services; (iii) law enforcement or public authorities where required; and (iv) third parties in connection with corporate transactions, subject to appropriate safeguards.
International Transfers: Where recipients are in countries outside your region that may not offer the same level of protection, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
7. The Security of Your Personal Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn that your unencrypted personal information has been compromised by a data breach, we will notify you consistent with applicable laws.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services or for other legitimate purposes (e.g., legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements).
Examples: (i) promotional contact information is kept for the duration stated in the activity; (ii) gameplay video recordings are deleted within one month; (iii) where chat functions exist, up to 100 items per user may be retained and deleted within one month.
When destroying personal information, we take measures to make it irrecoverable or irreproducible.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent). To exercise these rights, contact support@unlimitedlegend.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete the account which you have registered with us to access its products or services at any time. We will delete the account after verifying your identity information. To ensure the security of your account and property, you shall submit your account deletion request to us via one of the following ways:
1) by using the contact information displayed on our official website(https://www.unlimitedlegend.com/delete-account); or
2) by clicking the “Account Deletion ” option provided in the APP.
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, after account deletion, we will delete all information related to your account, including personal information and game logs, thus you will be unable to normally use the products or services provided by us. After you complete the deletion, your account cannot be retrieved and your account data cannot be recovered. Please maintain your account information properly.
11. Third-party’s Links
Our Services may link to or use content offered by third parties that we do not control and whose privacy and data collection practices may differ from ours. Please carefully review the third party’s privacy policy and terms. Some settings on your browser or device may block thirdparty tracking, but they may not always be effective.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. From time to time, we may update it by posting a new version in the Services. Please check this page frequently for any updates. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services as required by law.
14. Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction Specific
European Economic Area/United Kingdom: You may have additional rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. Where we transfer data outside the EEA/UK, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
United States (including California): Subject to applicable law, you may have statespecific rights (e.g., access, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of certain sharing for targeted/behavioral advertising). Unlimited Legend does not sell personal information as defined by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
